Greg has led Xtreme Consulting Group from its inception and is responsible for the overall operations, creation and development of the corporate marketing & strategies, and employee program & communication. Greg holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Washington State University.

Tony left Microsoft Consulting Services to help build the technical consulting arm of Xtreme Consulting Group. Under Tony’s leadership, Xtreme has developed a core practice around Microsoft technologies with specialization in deployment. Tony holds a B.S. from the University of Washington.

Doug brings to Xtreme over 14 years experience in the accounting, operations, and finance field. In the past, Doug worked with IBM, BD & A, and Phillips Real Estate. Doug holds a B.A. from Washington State University.

Travis joined Xtreme with over a decade of experience in development and solutions engineering. His career has taken through every stage of the product life cycle managing teams at Digital Equipment Corporation, T-Mobile, and Microsoft.

Elsa leads Xtreme’s Content Development Group with more than 25 years of diversified technical project coordination and editing experience, including Senior Editor and Senior Acquisitions Editor for Windows & .NET Magazine (now Windows IT Pro) and Director of Project Management for Studio B.

David brings Xtreme 15 years of technology industry experience including program management, project management, business development operations and running a global cycling portal. David holds a BA from Gonzaga University.
