Greg Rankich
Chief Executive Officer, President & Co-Founder
Greg has led Xtreme Consulting Group from its inception and is responsible for the overall operations, creation and development of the corporate marketing & strategies, employee program & communication. Greg was named a 2008 Puget Sound Business Journal “40 under 40” honoree, which spotlights the next generation of business leaders. Greg is an active Washington State University Foundation Trustee and a member of the CEO Project organization and American Staffing Association. When not working, Greg is usually spending time with his two kids, on a golf course, boating around Lake Washington or playing some poker. Greg holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Washington State University.
Tony Richardson
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Tony brings 15+ years of experience in the technology industry to spearhead the Technical Consulting arm of Xtreme Consulting. As Chief Technology Officer, Tony directs the strategy of the consulting business and works to identify new areas of investment as well as help define the operations and culture of the company. A 2009 Puget Sound Business Journal “40 under 40” honoree, Tony serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Orphans and is an active member of the Seattle chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization. In his free time, he likes participating in outdoor activities and spending time with his sons, Conner and Logan and wife Michelle. Tony holds a B.S. from the University of Washington.
Doug Snider
Chief Operating Officer
Doug brings to Xtreme over 15 years experience in the accounting, operations, and finance field. In the past, Doug worked with IBM, BD & A, and Phillips Real Estate. Doug holds a B.A. from Washington State University.
Dale Johns
Director, Staffing Solutions
Dale brings over eleven years of recruiting and client management experience in both the corporate and consulting environment. Before joining Xtreme Consulting Group, Dale was a Microsoft Recruiting Manager where he managed the recruiting teams for MSN Finance, Business Development and Global Foundation Services. Dale holds a B.A. from Washington State University.
Lori Whitten
Director of Business Development - Fargo
Lori brings over 15 years of Business Development, Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations experience to our Xtreme business in Fargo. Previously, she worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for an online company, and has also managed a staffing company. Lori earned a B.S from NDSU, and a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Management from the University of Mary.
Randy Brockway
Director of Business Development - Charlotte
Randy brings 10 years of recruiting, client management, and human resources management experience in both the corporate and consulting environment. Before joining Xtreme Consulting Group, Randy was a HR Manager for Tyco Safety Products (Scott Health & Safety). Prior to Tyco, Randy was Program Manager for Volt Technical Resources (Microsoft account), HR Manager for Carrier Corporation, HR Consultant for Trident Marketing, and a Senior Technical Recruiter for Apex Systems, Inc. Randy holds a B.S.B.A from Appalachian State University and a M.B.A from Wake Forest University.
Elsa Rosenberg
Director of Project Management
Elsa leads Xtreme’s Content Development Group with more than 25 years of diversified technical project coordination and editing experience, including Senior Editor and Senior Acquisitions Editor for Windows & .NET Magazine (now Windows IT Pro) and Director of Project Management for Studio B.
David Visintainer
Director of Web Services
David brings Xtreme 15 years of technology industry experience including program management, project management, business development operations and running a global cycling portal. David holds a BA from Gonzaga University.
